It is also a News Feature: news.deviantart.com/article/44…

Cats are such capricious creatures: they are the spirits of the night, and the goddess of ancient people, yet they can share such intimacy with us.  Have you ever had a cat purring on your lap in front of a fire place?  I personally would not exchange anything with that moment.  People who love cats love their adorable faces and fur, but more often than not, the cats are also loved by their independence and unpredictability.

I am an adherent lover of cats, and I especially love the fact that they are one of the few creatures in human households who consider themselves as equals to us.  The ones who love cats are more or less taught to respect this.  Cats are not owned, they cannot be owned.  They only live with us if we treat them well, and if not, they may as well undomesticate themselves or go to someone else.  The people who try to own their cats may as well stick to dogs.

Of course, there are also those big cats, like tigers, lions and leopards who spur the stallions of our imagination, and inspire such myths and arts ever since the ancient times.
Here I present to you, with respect of individuality of life forms other than ourselves, my first news feature: Cats.
